Es liegt an einer langen, langen Bundesstrasse. Sie verbindet zwei kleinere Ortschaften und ist gleichzeitig Autobahnzubringer. Evt. mit roten Laternchen bestücken, Zimmer scheinen ja zu Genüge vorhanden zu sein. Jedoch wie schon der Besitzer erwähnt, wenn dass Bauamt mitspielt! kratz- ratlos-
Drumherum: Bauern und kleine Dörfchen. winke-
 
Wird wohl seinen Grund haben, dass es so verfallen ist. Auch wenn ich's schade finde. Die ganzen Landgasthöfe sterben nach und nach aus.

Aber ein Objekt in solch einer Lage kann man ja fast nur noch zum Vergnügungslokal umfunktionieren (Gesetz dem Fall man hat sichtgeschützte Parkmöglichkeiten).
 
Es steht jetzt schon ein paar Jährchen leer. Sichtgeschütze Parkplätze sind auch nicht möglich!
Wirklich schade um das Objekt. Der Besitzer hat wohl selbst schon einiges investiert und renoviert, so scheint es. winke-
 
Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich noch ein ehemaliger Gasthof, der hier auch schon Thema war.
Der wird momentan übrigens umgebaut. Scheinen mehrere Wohnungen zu werden. Hauptsache kein Abriss !
 
Update..war auch mal an combos Hütte, die an einer Zubringerstraße zur A 45 (Sauerlandlinie) liegt.. Professor-

Echt schade um den Zustand dieses einst so schönen Hauses, denn der Schnäppchenpreis spricht wohl für sich...
Die alten Tafeln mit Getränkewerbung gefallen mir sehr gut.
War dieses Gebäude auf Grund des kleinen Baywatch-Turms mit Rettungsring am Becken hinter dem Haus das offizielle Partylokal des DLRG prostt- grins winke-?
 
Bei meinem letzten Besuch stand eine Tür offen staunen- dass mußte ich natürlich nutzen und mir das Haus nun endlich von innen anschauen. Auf den zukünftigen Käufer wartet viel Arbeit! Hereinspaziert kitty- lach-
